Kanoa and Lui interview community members Scot Richardson from “Once Upon a Time in Rosarito”, and Angie Gomez from “What’s Hot in Baja Norte”, they have created a program to help Rosarito families in need of food during this unprecedent situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Once Upon a Time in Rosarito and What’s Hot in Baja have been working closely with government officials here in Rosarito, Mexico, as well as business owners and other great community members with an idea that keeps everyone safe and gets food to the people who need it.
Their team has picked local stores to prepay for food vouchers that will get distributed among the people that needs it the most. The vouchers are limited, so if you know someone that needs this type of assistance, please share the link below. Remember these vouchers are first come first served, the earlier they visit these stores, the better.
Click here to see the list of stores where the vouchers are available
We want to thank everyone involved in this project for their amazing work and support to the community of Rosarito Beach.
If you want to get involved, this project is taking donations through the friends and family option of PayPal to ScotRichardson@att.net.
