It’s important to know that the border is not closed, it’s open but there are travel restrictions in place for “non-essential” travelers, like tourists. If you are a U.S. citizen or a legal resident and are returning home, you have the ability to go back to the U.S. from the border crossing locations mentioned above. 

Right now more than ever it’s important to keep ourselves educated and follow the health guidelines. It’s relatively simple, wash your hands frequently with soap and water, maintain social distancing, wear a mask, or face covering when you are out in public, and more importantly, stay home if you can.
